GOD
There is only ONE GOD, he has eternally existed and manifested
in three Persons:
God the Father
God the Son
God the Holy Spirit
(Genesis 1:1; 26-27; 3:22; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; I Peter
1:2;
II Corinthians 13:14)
LORD
JESUS CHRIST
In the Deity of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, He lived a sinless human
life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins
of all by dying on the cross. He arose from the dead after three
days and conquered sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory
and will return again for the rapture of the Church and reign
as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords.
(John 3:16; Romans 6:23; 1Thes. 4:16-17; Revelation 19:15-16;
20:15; 21:1-2, 27)
SALVATION
The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance
and faith in the precious BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST. This trust
in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness, we can be saved
from sin's penalty of death. Eternal life begins the moment
we receive Jesus Christ into our life by faith.
(Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8,9; John 14:16; John 1:12; Titus
3:5; Romans 5:1)
HOLY SPIRIT
He is present in the world to make mankind aware of our need
for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every believer from the moment
of salvation. He provides the believer with power for living,
understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what
is right. The Christian seeks to live under His control daily.
(John 16:7-13; John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; I Corinthians 3:16;
2:12; II Corinthians 3:17; Ephesians 5:18; Galatians 5:22-25)
BAPTISM
IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
The BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT, according to Acts 2:4, is given
to believers who ask for it and earnestly long for it. The Holy
Spirit received in its fullness with the inspired Word of God
will make a man overcome sin, the world, the flesh and Satan.
BAPTISM
IN THE WATER
Except that a man be born of water and of the spirit, he cannot
enter into the Kingdom of God. Even baptism now saves us, not
putting away the filth of the flesh but it is the answer of
a good conscience toward God.
(John 3:5, Romans 6:3-6; 1Peter 3:19-21)
HOLY
LIFE
In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling
the Christian is able to live a HOLY LIFE by trying to live
a totally separated life from the ways of this world.
(Romans 12:1-2, John 15: 19, II Corinthians 6:17,18)
THE BIBLE
Is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written
Word of God. It is the supreme source of truth for all Christian
beliefs and living.
(II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:20-21; Psalm 12:6; 119:105, 160;
Proverbs 30:5)
